Text messaging & your mobile number
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging platform, is permitted only to help us deliver the text messages you requested.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own use.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example, our SMS messaging provider (to deliver your texts) and our online ordering provider (to process your order). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
Opting out
You can leave the text club at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing info@smokenbones901.com.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to run the text club and our business, or as required by law.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
