1. Program description

The Smoke N' Bones text club ("Program") is operated by Smoke N' Bones LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages — including menu specials, new items, and event announcements — at the mobile number you provide.

2. How to join

You can join by texting the keyword BONES to our program number. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and is typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

4. Opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from the Program unless you re-enroll.

6. Supported carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

7. Your information

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Changes

We may modify or cancel the Program, or any of its features, at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
